Past Pop-up Experience
We executed our first, successful, pop-up culinary experience, “Summertime Sip and Sea” on June 1st. We pretty much sold out in online sales within the first 5 days. The menu was seafood focused, to celebrate summer in the city. We are excited to have been able to partner with Black Crescent, one of our favorite cocktails bars in LES. All food, wine, and our house made sangria, was included in the admission price.

Two Queens, One Brit, and a joker…
is the brainchild of our Queen, Amanda Williams. When Amanda moved to the city years ago, she was interested in bringing together like-minded people for social events that featured food, drink, and frivolity.
Then, the boys got involved. Matthew and Josh were fellow employees at Lupa where Amanda worked, and Adam was our resident bartender/life coach/friend across the street at Blue Haven.
Together, with a shared love of entertaining and making merry, the four have embarked on creating an innovative and compelling series of projects around the city to bring people closer in our small enclave of 8M people.
